Pong BlackBerry cases cuts users’ exposure to radiation by over 60%

I consider myself a advocate for blackberry, I have had three maybe four different blackberry models for the last five years and I have never came across a case this cool...

Pong have announced their BlackBerry Curve case that supposedly redirects all cell phone radiation away from the user’s head. The protective case claims to reduce users’ exposure to radiation by over 60%, and has been verified by FCC-certified laboratories. According to Pong, the case works by using principles of antenna theory and physics to channel the emitted radiation up and away from the phone. Full signal strength is maintained, so that the phone’s function and battery life are not compromised. The case fits the BlackBerry Curve 8300, 8310, 8320, and 8330 and costs $49.95. While the price seems pretty high to me, I’m sure there are some out there who are incredibly paranoid about mobile radiation and are happy to pay.
